The pro-female leadership platform “Yo, boss” , sponsored by the Trescom agency , has analyzed the challenges faced by Spanish women entrepreneurs, managers and bosses in the context of the crisis caused by Covid-19. The conclusions, collected in the report 'Female leadership and Covid-19: post-pandemic perspectives' , point to the need to promote changes in business direction through the renewal or diversification of service models and products (50 % of those surveyed).
