I cannot seem to get any response to my question as to a faulty STEM board. I have tried this list and the phone number on the web site. I have tried e-mail too, all with no response. Does anyone have any idea how I can get this issue resolved? It seems that these people are totally absent from customer support. Larry

Don't expect any responses from the ops/owners of the company. Great product, horrible customer support.
