So far, the Pi-Bot functions well when connected via USB to my computer. The moment I try to run it without the USB connected, it doesn't move. The STEM Board turns on (as indicated by the light on it) but the motors do not move. What could be the reason for this?
Hi Timothy, First, revisit the instructions "Pi-Bot - Wiring and Programming Your Basic Pi-Bot.pdf" and confirm that the Pi-Bot is correctly wired and that the connections to the switch are clean and tight. Then you should check that your batteries are new and correctly installed. If you still have problems, then why not join the forum and let us know what has happend.
