We do not seem to get any visits from the team these days, but according to Facebook they are very active, so I suggest that you contact them via the Stem Centre contact page www.stemcenterusa.com/contact-us/ . If you live in the U.S.A you could call them on 909-624-0624 or send them an eMail. I know that user Sti9nsky also had a similar problem, and perhaps he will add to this thread what actions he took.
